Our story – how it all began
A few moments from our journey together.
Everything began in 2019 at Hotel St. Gotthard – our shared workplace.
Back then, we were both quite sure about one thing: a relationship between colleagues? Better not. But life clearly had other plans.
Since then, hardly a day has gone by without us writing to each other or seeing one another. Our WhatsApp chat could probably qualify for the Guinness World Records. Even a diagnosis of glandular fever on our first date could not stop us from growing closer.
Shortly after, the Covid-19 lockdown became our first big test. We spent that time together in a small one-room apartment – probably the ultimate relationship challenge. Looking back, we can smile and say: we passed it with flying colours.
The following years brought another challenge: almost five years of long distance between Nyon and Zurich. Thousands of kilometres, countless train rides, and many goodbyes became part of our everyday life. It was not always easy, but all those journeys brought us even closer together.
At a place that has always been special to us – Europa-Park – one of the most beautiful moments of our lives finally happened: our engagement.
Since 2025, we have finally been able to enjoy our home together and share everyday life side by side.
Now we are incredibly excited to begin the most beautiful chapter of our story together with you – the beginning of our marriage.
Thank you for celebrating this special day with us. Without you, our wedding would not be the same. We cannot wait to create unforgettable memories together.
